Our Virrat factory received an award as the “Internship Workplace of the Year” from Virrat Tredu. The votes were cast by the local interns who have completed an internship at Memar Ltd.’s Virrat Factory. The interns appreciated the warm welcome, diverse work tasks, and smooth cooperation. We are delighted that our efforts to create a comfortable work environment are recognised among the interns. When the owner, Mr Aki Kangas, received the award, he noted that interns do not need to be young these days; learning is a lifelong process, and one can even be close to retirement while still learning and adopting new processes and practices!
