Memar as a partner
We utilize a variety of production techniques, including forging, machining, thread rolling, heat treatment, and assembly. Our operations are driven by customer needs, and we collaborate closely with our clients to select the most suitable manufacturing method for each end product.
Let’s explore how our diverse production options can enhance your business!
Forging - metal changes shape
In the forging process, the grain structure of the material is shaped according to the design of the piece, resulting in improved strength and toughness. Since forging achieves the final shape of the component with minimal material loss compared to machining, it allows for more efficient use of valuable raw materials.
As a manufacturing method, industrial forging not only conserves materials and enhances the mechanical properties of products, but it also accelerates the production of complex components.
Heat treatments
Heat treatments can influence the necessary material properties of a part, including hardness, strength, toughness, and wear resistance.
Induction heating and horizontal forging
Induction heating is a method that quickly produces intense, focused, and controllable heat. This method is fast, repeatable, and easy to integrate into other production processes. In contrast, horizontal forging enables the creation of complex shapes, even for long pieces.
Machining
In machining, material is removed from a component through turning or milling to achieve the desired shape. The products we manufacture often incorporate traditional engineering expertise along with modern technology to provide the best solutions for our customers.
Turning and thread rolling
When special strength is required from the thread rolling, is a good option. In rolling, the thread maintains optimal strength because the force lines of the part are not broken.
Compared to machined threads, rolled threads also have a lower risk of seizing. Precision, surface quality and cost-effectiveness, as well as mechanical properties, are the advantages of rolled threads.
Inspections
Our entire manufacturing chain is fully traceable and managed in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality system.
