We are committed to strengthening operational transparency, promoting long-term and sustainable growth, and ensuring an excellent customer experience and the well-being of our employees.

Trust is the foundation of our business. We ensure the smooth running of our customers’ critical processes and are responsible for the quality of our services throughout their lifecycle. Our success is measured through direct feedback from our customers and customer satisfaction surveys.

We are developing our sustainability program in stages during 2026–2027, and our first sustainability report will be published in 2027.

Sustainability program

Environmental

Our goal is to continuously reduce energy consumption by investing in modern, energy-efficient machinery and optimising our production processes. Automation and improved heat treatment processes help us minimise our environmental footprint.

We use renewable, emission-free electricity generated from hydro and wind power, resulting in a 0% carbon footprint for the electricity we consume.

Production facilities in Seinäjoki and Virrat are heated with district heating. In Pirkkala, waste heat from production is recovered and reused to improve energy efficiency, while in Toijala heating is produced using biogas.

Efficient processes, precise material management and optimised batch sizes minimise waste. Forging components closer to their final shape reduces raw material use and lowers steel consumption, which also helps decrease CO₂ emissions from steel production.

Steel can be recycled indefinitely without losing its properties. Therefore, the steel we use primarily consists of recycled scrap and is 100% recyclable. Stainless steel is separated and recycled independently.

Our material sourcing is fully traceable, and we work with reliable, certified suppliers, prioritising European and Nordic partners close to our operations.

Clear guidelines, high-quality training and consistent operating practices support safe working at every level of the organisation. We continuously develop a strong safety culture where everyone participates actively and shares responsibility for maintaining a safe workplace.
